Real estate recovery fund

A fund established in some states that is administered by the real estate commissioner to which licensees are required to contribute and the revenue is used to reimburse aggrieved persons who have suffered monetary harm through the fraudlent actions of a real estate licensee and who was unable to get reimbursed by the licensee.
